Stereo basics: Mixing Stereo, Mono please
Mono is standard, and so is Stereo. But mixing stereo still means you are going to use mono.
Mono is mostly used for small radios with one speaker, TVs with one speaker etc. Although much more consumer audio equipment is going to use stereo, mono is here to stay for some time. So no matter what you are mixing keep this in mind.
Stereo is the basic standard for mixing audio tracks like music and soundtracks for television and even movies. But you are still going to use mono. Know why? Let’s find out.
