Prosoniq and YellowTools Join Forces

Karlsruhe, Baden-Wuerttemberg - Yellow Tools, a privately held company devoted to producing
industry standard sampling CD ROMs for leading manufacturers, today announced completion of their move to the
immediate neighbourhood of the Prosoniq headquarters at the Center of Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany. Christian
