Korg's Tritonprox and MS2000 keybords take the stage with Enrique IglesiasMulti-platinum, Grammy® Award winning Latin Pop artist Enrique Iglesias strives for perfection in his music, both in the studio and in concert. With an extremely demanding touring schedule, Enrique counts on keyboardists Mark Alexander and Douglas Petty to perform the songs from his chart-topping album - night after night. An integral part of Mark and Doug's keyboard rigs are Korg's TRITONproX and MS2000.{2044.jpgc "Doug and I share the keyboard responsibilities. Our job is basically to recreate the sounds and performances from the records," stated Mark Alexander, a veteran keyboardist who has worked with various artists including Joe Cocker, Little Steven and Meat Loaf. "Enrique likes our live performance to sound exactly like the record as a starting point. Then from there, we can add and embellish. I've had an O1/W for a long time and just got a TRITONproX for Enrique's shows. I can trigger samples off the TRITON and everything just comes up as one program. I use a piano for one octave, have strings for a couple of other octaves and then a sample in the low octave. With TRITON, I'm able to cover 95% of the stuff - I love this keyboard!" {2045.jpgc Douglas Petty, a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, has played and recorded with Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys and Sean Colvin. Douglas shares the keyboard responsibilities with Mark Alexander and is currently using Korg's MS2000 and TRITON. "What I love is the new MS2000. I've used it on a bunch of different records recently, and it's just a great keyboard to use in the studio or on stage. I was a big fan of old vintage keyboards until I got the MS2000. It covers a lot. I'm also using the TRITON with Enrique because it's a great all-around versatile keyboard."
