Scale Music Theory: using Chords instead of Scales
Instead of using a scale, or different scales to compose it is also possible to use chords for composing. This means that the chords have NO relation by scale. So if you are putting chords together that are in the same scale you are not writing a song with chords, but you are writing a song with a scale.
