Nuendo demonstrations at Musik Messe 2000
At this years Musikmesse Steinberg will be present at the "Studio" special show which will take place in hall 6.1, showing Nuendo, Steinbergıs premiere DAW application. This special presentation will offer insights into the world of recording, mixing and after-treatment of pop songs.
The Nuendo pavilion in hall 6.1, booth B48 is designed to be like an open studio, where visitors can see how different kinds of productions such as film sound or music creation are handled by this powerful DAW.
There will be daily Nuendo demonstrations in both German and English: The demos in German will feature Martin Stahl together with Anders Glantz remixing a classic Isaac Hayes song from the music production side. Using a film sound production they will also showcase the powerful Surround capabilities of Nuendo.
The English demo will feature Mikail Graham and Dimitri Metzeltin presenting an introduction to the Basics of Nuendo for those not familiar with its vast array of audio tools and extensive support for various file formats. The demo will also feature an amazing animated music video in full 5.1 Surround created exclusively with Nuendo by Los Angeles based engineer Steve Tushar. Alternating with this demo will be a look into the world of Mixing and DSP using Nuendo, including the latest VST and VSI plug-ins and also featuring a new DSP card from Universal Audio that uses what the company calls "Powered Plug-Ins". This part of the presentation will feature RealVerb Pro, a powerful new VST version of Kind of Loudıs popular RealVerb TDM being used with the classic James Taylor song "Steamroller", as performed by the legendary funk and horn band Tower of Power.
You will also have the possibility to visit our special demos that will give you detailed insights into this production tool. The demos that will take place in a closed room with 20 places and a full surround setup will be hosted by the American producer Steve Tushar. Tickets for this special demonstration will be available at the Nuendo booth in hall 6.1.
