Bass Ear Training: Intervals: minor 2nd major 2nd

In this next bass ear training test you have to guess which interval you are hearing. In this exercise we are going to practice two small intervals the minor second and the major second. The minor second interval is only a half note and the Major Second interval is 1 whole note.

Note that the starting note of the interval is random which will make this exercise a little more difficult. What you will hear:

- The two notes together.
- The lowest note of the interval
- The highest note of the interval

You might think this is an easy test until you start doing it. So here are some tips on what to listen for.
