(09/19) Spectrasonics and Native Instruments announced today that they have come to a mutual, out of court agreement to resolve claims of copyright infringement.A contracted sound designer unintentionally included three copyrighted samples from Spectrasonics’ well-known “Symphony of Voices” choir sample library as oscillator waveforms on the original factory library of the Native Instruments “Absynth 3” software synthesizer.
