(09/22) Drum Workshop announced that Alex Gonzales, drummer with the “Rock En Español” sensation Mana, is now playing DW Drums, Pedals and Hardware exclusively. Currently on the road, touring behind the band’s latest Platinum recording, “Revolucion de Amor”, Alex is playing a DW Collector’s Series Maple drumset consisting of 8x10”, 9x12”, 11x14 and 13x16 tom-toms, 18x22 bass drum and an assortment of DW snares, including Edge, Craviotto and Collector’s Series drums. Alex is also using DW 9000 Series Hardware, a 5500TD Delta II Turbo Hi-Hat and a 5002AD Delta II Accelerator double bass drum pedal.The 34-year old drummer who is nicknamed “El Animal” was born in Miami, Florida and began drumming at the | Yamaha Packages Dave Weckl Set-up Video With Selected Drum Kits
