Drum Tab Symbols overview
A few examples of some of the other Drum Tab part symbols that you may find in books and drum sheet music.
FT = Floor Tom HH = HiHat RRT = tom on the right of the right tom (when there are 4 rack toms) RT = rack tom BD = Bass Drum SD = Drum CC = Crash Symbol T1 = Tom 1 T5 = Tom 5 when numbered from small to big. CH = China Symbol B2 = Bass Drum 2 C1 = Cymbal 1 when numbered from small to big R2 = Ride Cymbal 2 when numbered from small to big CB = Cow Bell
Although there is not a simple single definition of all parts, the rule seems to be the symbols have to make sense. And usually the parts are descibed at the start of the drum sheet music.
