Snare Drum Lessons: 3 difficult basic rhythm

The previous part on snare drum rhythms showed how you could use the snare drum in combination with the snare drum. In reality you would probably not use the same amounts of hits for both the snare drum and the hihat. Using different patterns on different drum parts makes drumming so much fun and interesting. The next drum rhythm exercise is a first step in trying to learn a different rhythm for the snare drum and hihat. Try playing from the drum tabs without listening to the midi file.
