Ibanez AS83L Artcore Left-Handed Semi-Hollowbody Electric Guitar
This Artcore model is an upgraded version of the popular Artcore AS73. This version features the same excellent ACH pickups and set neck design, but adds an outstanding Flamed Maple top. In fact, the whole semi-hollow body is flamed maple an amazing feature for a guitar at this low price! The semi-hollow design increases sustain and reduces feedback, making this guitar a natural for high volume rock. Other details include a 3-piece maple/mahogany neck, 22 large frets, a bound rosewood fingerboard and the ART1 bridge. When Artcore guitars debuted in summer 2002, they turned the music industry upside down. No longer were full and semi-acoustic guitars just big expensive jazz boxes for jazz playerseven some of their competitors bought them (you just can't make this stuff up).
