Taylor 310CEL30 30th Anniversary Acoustic-Electric Guitar (with Case)
A new leaf-patterned fretboard inlay of exotic Myrtlewood is among the upgrades to the 300 Series Commemorative L30s. Add to that a Hawaiian Koa inlaid rosette and a Maple 30th Anniversary inscription on the peghead for a truly unique and special guitar. 300 Series Solid African Mahogany backs and sides and gloss-finished Sitka Spruce tops provide a clear, balanced tone, while wood fiber binding, pearl fretboard inlays, and chrome Taylor tuners streamline the look. The Expression System, now standard on all CE models, makes the 300 Series a great introduction to premium-quality, American-made, solid wood guitars. Woods The warm tone and open midrange of African Mahogany balances the bright and snappy characteristics of a Sitka Spruce top. The resulting combination provides the perfect guitar for strong, rhythmic playing styles. Dreadnought A traditional shape refined, Taylor combines classic dreadnought volume and bass response with the definitive Taylor sound: clear trebles and an open, airy midrange that Bob Taylors signature design accentuates. Dreadnoughts respond especially well to flatpicking or light-to-heavy strumming. Myrtlewood Small leaves grace the fretboard, each individually crafted from figured Myrtlewood. Each leaf complements a hand-inlaid Hawaiian Koa rosette and the 30th Anniversary maple inlay on the peghead. Satin with Gloss Top The finish used to create this guitars textured satin back and sides and lustrous gloss top was developed at Taylor for maximum durability and resistance to cold-checking. This ultra violet-cured finish is also more environmentally friendly than traditional lacquer finishes. Available in natural finish. Taylor Expression System Designed to faithfully reproduce your guitars native tone, the Expression System utilizes patented Dynamic Sensors to capture top and string vibration like never before.
