Pickups could use an update, but all stocks suck. I got it for 380 so I'm happy with it as is. it is sweet. the sustain is almost infinite. the bridge hum is kinda strange, but the neck is great. I'd swap the bridge for something else, DiMarzio and Duncan make whole lines of 7s hums. EMG just has the 707A active. Tad expensive for my tastes. The axe rules though. . .
Also, the finish is immaculate, and the neck is great. It is a bit heavy, so if you're a 110 pound chick, maybe this isn't your thing. It can be a bit annoying for 160 lbs me, but I can take it. . . . Plus the sound is worth it. excellent neckthru, nice flattened C shape. Great looks, sweet playability, awesome sound, if you can take the weight (about 10lbs)

Buy it and replace the shitty EMG 707HZ with the real deal. . . the EMG 707 (active).
Then you have a monster sounding git for life. . .
