The first note you will find at the start of this guitar tab solo is the 7 on the D string. Which finger should you take?
The basic idea of any reading including sheet music and guitar tab is that you should try to look ahead of what is comming. If you look to the end of the guitar tab you will see that there are only notes played on the fifth and seventh fret of the guitar. So if you would play the notes you would have to use your index finger for all the notes on the fifth fret and you ring finger for all the notes on the seventh fret.
So any time you encounter a 5 in this guitar tab solo you will use your index finger and every time you see a 7 use your ring finger.

So the first note is: ring finger, 7th fret on the D string.
