BBE Sonic Maximizer Plug-In (Macintosh and Windows)
Following on from the success of its first plug-in, BBE Sound Inc has launched a new version of its critically-acclaimed Sonic Maximizer plug-in employing revised code to support more platforms. In addition, this is the first Sonic Maximizer plug-in to be offered in music and pro audio retail stores. Now supporting both Mac and PC VST platforms, as well as Direct X, the new BBE plug-in allows unlimited user-definable presets, real-time preset changes and full MIDI implementation. The unit also has a new GUI which recalls the graphics of BBE’s new 482i and 882i models, on which the plug-in is based. BBE Product Manager, Judd Levison, comments: "Owning the Sonic Maximizer Plug-in is the equivalent of having a rack full of BBE 882i units with automation, just the thing for processing multiple tracks simultaneously.
