Nord Electro 2 Malmsjoe Acoustic Grand (close miked) in stereo

As from February 2003, the Nord Electro 2 ships with the newly released 'AcGrand3' sound onboard. The AcGrand3 sound is a close miked stereo sampled 9' (275 cm) Malmsjoe acoustic grand piano with a very nice tone. When we sampled the Malmsjoe acoustic grand, we placed the microphones close to the piano to get very good presence in the sound. Like with all Nord Electro piano sounds, we sampled the notes in a vast amount of velocity levels to catch the nuances throughout the instrument's whole dynamic range. This makes the piano sounds sound extremely realistic. The sound is available for download now at Clavia- free of charge!
