The LK-35 is a 61-key, full-size keyboard with lighted keys, Casio's fantastic 3-Step Teaching system, built-in rhythm patterns, and 100 tones. Casio’s lighted keyboards feature a built-in tutor that teaches you to play one step at a time. All you do is follow the lighted keys! One hundred songs are loaded into the LK-35, with which you can play. Other features include built-in speakers, a headphone/line out jack, and Transpose & Tuning controls. The LK-35 operates on AA batteries or an optional Casio AD5 AC adapter.

• Casio's Auto-Accompaniment is a system in which you can generate complete backgrounds with drums, bass, and chord parts with the left hand, while you play melodies and solos with the right hand.
• The LK35’s Transpose function allows you to change the pitch of the keyboard into another key. This eliminates awkward fingerings in difficult keys, and lets the keyboard be adjusted for singers, and wind & other instruments.
• The Tuning function lets the keyboard be fine-tuned for play with recorded material or other instruments, whose pitch may be very slightly out of tune with the keyboard.
• The 3-Step Teaching System
• Use of One-Key Play buttons or any key at all to advance the melody notes. The keys light up to teach you the correct notes! Try playing along on the lighted keys at your own pace. The accompaniment will wait for you. Play the melody in time along with complete rhythmic accompaniment.
