Platinum Membership Frequently asked questions FAQFrequently asked questionsIs it available as a book or CD ROM? No, our music theory is currently only available online which you can easily access through a login system. Our section on scales and chords would be far to big to publish in any book! You would need over at least 26 volumes! And it would be far more expensive. We also wouldn't be able to answer your questions and even add more features each month! Most members even prefer to access it online anyway and print only the pages they really need. How many chords are in your database? Millions! Not just one type of major chords but virtually all possible chords you can think of for any instrument, many tunings, and many variations. How long can I access the content? Do I need to make more payments? The payment for the membership is for one year. But so far we have not ended any memberships after one year, as long as the traffic isn't too much of a problem for us. You will also not be automatically charged at any time after this first payment! There are currently no plans on changing this policy in the (near) future. Is it possible to upgrade from a lower membership to a higher membership? You can upgrade to any other membership at any time. Please note that we will have to charge you administrative costs (which are most of the cost of all memberships). So for the low costs of our platinum memberships we advice to pay a little more for the membership you think you will enjoy, or simply contact us for any advice. How can I pay for a platinum membership? Information on how to order What if I have any other question? Please email us and we will be happy to help if you questions isn't answered here yet. What is the difference between the free membership and a platinum membership? Some of the older content and smaller articles are available for free for all members. To be able to offer these high quality and unique "platinum" services we have to make a lot of costs for administration and development of these services. That's why we can't offer them for free. We give people a choice by either using our free basic membership with some of the basic content and features, or a paid platinum membership which offers features that even books can't offer. DIGG
