COSM Modeling Inside The BR-532's COSM Amp Modeling is the only modeling method capable of accurately reproducing every aspect of the target amp, so whether you want a vintage JC-120 for jazz sounds or adrenaline-pumping stack sounds, you can plug in direct to the Hi-Z input and get great tone every time. Four Tracks and Beyond Hiding beneath the BR-532's 4 playback tracks are 32 Virtual Tracks, any of which can be used for recording. This gives you plenty of room for extra solos or alternate takes. And since the onboard Rhythm Guide is separate, it's like having a fifth track dedicated to drums! A Rhythm Guide with Real Drum Sounds! Need some drums? Turn on the Rhythm Guide and select from a variety of Preset patterns in several musical styles. Then just arrange them in the order desired, and you've got a realistic-sounding drum track no hassles, and no drum machine needed. Built-in Microphone The BR-532 makes it possible to capture ideas anytime, anyplace even when you don't have a microphone with you. Convenient SmartMedia Storage Unlike other digital recorders, the BR-532 records audio to ultra-thin SmartMedia* cards no hard drives or bulky disks to mess with. And while the included 32MB card gives you plenty of room to record a song, optional cards up to 128MB may be purchased for even greater capacity. *3.3V only.
