AKG C900 wins TEC award 2002 Microphone Technology/ Sound Reinforcement
On October 7, 2002 , the studio scene moguls gathered at the ballroom of the Wilshire Hotel L.A. for the "TEC Awards" ceremony for the winning entries selected by the readers of "MIX Magazine" from 150 nominations in 24 categories.

Presented annually by the Mix Foundation for Excellence in Audio, the TEC Awards celebrates the individuals, companies and technological innovations behind the sound of recordings, films, TV shows and concert performances. The host of this year's ceremony was noted comedian and actor Harry Shearer.
