Violin Playing: Notes on the fingerboard
To be able to play some notes you need to learn where to put your fingers on the neck or fingerboard of the violin. Now this is where violin playing gets interesting, and a little more difficult. Take a look at the violin neck and fingerboard in the next picture. The green lines are there to give you an idea where to actual place your fingers.
