The first time you will rosin your violin bow will probably be the most difficult, so in this next violin lesson we will look at this process in detail. In the previous violin lessons we already covered most of the basics of the bow and discussed rosin. In this next lesson we'll look at how to prepare the rosin, how to set up your violin bow and how to apply the rosin to the bow for the first time. If your bow is not new anymore you can simply read this lesson quickly and move on to the next lesson about normal rosin use for a bow.
