Matrox Adobe Premiere 6.5 certification on range of PC-based realtime editing platforms

Matrox Video Products Group today announced that its award-winning Matrox RT.X100, Matrox DigiSuite MAX, Matrox DigiSuite, Matrox RT2500, and Matrox RT2000 realtime video editing platforms have been certified for use with the new Adobe Premiere 6.5 software.

"Our close relationship with Adobe during development has enabled us to support the new release of Adobe Premiere across our entire product line from day one," said Spiro Plagakis, Matrox vice president of sales and marketing.

"We are pleased to certify the Matrox video editing products with Adobe Premiere 6.5," said Erik Lundblade, OEM product manager for Adobe Premiere. "The advanced realtime capabilities and powerful productivity features available from Matrox, when paired with the new Adobe Premiere 6.5, produce a powerful editing experience for our customers."

Upgrade Policy
Customers who purchased any of the above Matrox products bundled with Adobe Premiere 6.0, on or after June 22, 2002, are eligible for a free upgrade to Adobe Premiere 6.5 (plus shipping and handling). Customers who made their purchase prior to June 22, 2002 will be able to order their Adobe Premiere 6.5 upgrade directly from Adobe.
